force to make art space available on King Street Newtown for all artists to be
given opportunity to exhibit their artworks.
GALLERY SPACE
From 2014 CK Gallery will be
focusing on supporting contemporary artists to gain valuable exposure in one of
the most popular creative precincts in NSW. Arthur Chan, a sculptor-trained
curator, “ I can understand the difficulties in developing a creative career during
the first 3 years, particularly in an expensive city like Sydney”. “We would
like to provide affordable art spaces for all artists for quality contemporary
paintings, photography, sculptures and works on paper; fashion and object
design.”, Carolyn Kerr, practising artist and art educator.
CK Gallery is offering the gallery space (15 running meters), curatorial advice and online promotion for selected artists; we are now accepting proposals from artists with developed concepts and driven to strive an artistic career.

Spotlight on Regional Artists
Art2Public encourage artists based outside Sydney metropolitian to showcases at CK Gallery. One of every 3 time
slots will provide priority consideration for proposals from regional based
artists.
